My Player Experience At All Star Slots

You can get a good feel for what you are in for when you visit the All Star Slots website and you won’t be bombarded with flashy graphics or distractions. The layout is basic with some seemingly genuine testimonials from a few users towards the bottom of the main page. To sum up the welcome page, you will have access to the current day’s promotional offer, information about downloading or playing via instant play, sitemap and FAQ. I also see that they have a social media presence but what is irritating sometimes is when online casinos link to a Facebook page that is no longer available. Facebook is known for not allowing gambling-related material that draws too much attention but if your page is taken down, then I don’t think you should link to it. For the average user it comes off as looking fishy. So my only suggestion to All Star Slots would be to remove the Facebook icon from their main page.

Game Play At All Star Slots

As stated before in other reviews, my preferred method of play is via instant play and All Star Slots has a nice clean instant play platform that is easy to navigate and use. You won’t get lost because everything is designed in a way that makes the overall experience user-friendly. You will have easy access to either your most recently played games, the top featured games or a favorites list that you can create. There is also a rotating selection of the top Progressive games that you can either play or read more about. Actually, all of the thumbnails give you the option to play or get more information about the game including paylines, bonus features and what scatter symbols to look out for. What I really like about the game play is that the categories are very specific. If you hover your mouse over the slot selection, it will show you 3, 5, 6 reels or progressive slots. If you hover over video poker, you can choose between 1, 3, 10 or 52 hand games. Keno, Bingo and Scratchcards are categorized as well. My experience while playing their slots has always been an exciting one. It seems as though at peak times of the evening, the featured games are a little looser. Just remember to play responsibly because playing on loose machines can make you think you are unstoppable!

Final Thoughts

The customer service live chat agents are always friendly and helpful. You can tell that they are fluent in the English language and you don’t have to worry about repeating yourself over and over again. You will notice that when you reach out to them, you will have to choose the name of the casino that you have a question about. There is a list of eight different casinos in the drop down including All Star Slots, Lucky Red Casino and Manhattan Slots Casino. So needless to say, it seems like all of these casinos have the same friendly chat agents. All Star Slots has some good daily promotional offers but the wagering requirements are the typical 30-40x playthrough. However, when I took a small break from them for about a month or two, they welcomed me back with a free $15 chip that had a playthrough of 25x and a max cashout of 5x which was reasonable. Another thing worth mentioning is that the All Star Slots Blog section is up to date with relevant content to read. Very recommended.
