The Rollercoaster Of Gambling
That leaves me with a final $13.. So not my style but screw it, I throw the rest in some kind of slot game that looks like a Nintendo game as far as graphics go. Hit max bet a few times throwing the rest of my money to the casino, might as well tonight is not my night. Second spin I hit some sort of small jackpot of $600..
The Rollercoaster Of Gambling
We have all done it, felt like taking a small or-not-so-small risk at one point or another and when getting the urge what better way when trapped at home then hitting up an online casino for a little risk taking action. The risk is all relative as a matter of tolerance among other factors but for this article, we will be talking about what I believe is the general public in regards to online gambling.
Your first matter of risk comes when choosing an online casino if I win big, will they even payout? How hard and how much time will it take to receive my winnings? Well, we pretty much have you covered as long as you chose a 4 or 5 star rated casino from this site. That leaves you some real risk-taking action. So first, we need to know, what’s your game of choice? Blackjack, Craps, Roulette or some good ole’ fashion slots? For me, my game of chance happens to be blackjack.. Knowing I will never hit a jackpot or strike it rich playing blackjack, I enjoy the rush and numbers of the game. So we start out with some small bets to feel out the table, then once we start feeling comfortable enough we make a few bigger, risky bets.
Also for the sake of this article, I’m going to tell you a story loosely based on my latest land-based casino experience. So first, I walk into the casino, find the blackjack table and maybe we throw down a $20 (of course this amount is relative depending on how much of a baller you are) and maybe we get lucky, or even better, two 10s while the dealer is showing a 16. So, being the risk taker my previous employers know me to be, I split and hope for the best! The first card, Ace, alright now we are playing! Next card a 5, so we hit again and come up with a 2. Good enough! We are up a bit of money and the wife is calling that she needs dinner, so what the hell.. We got places to go and wives to feed, let’s throw down a bill. We get two face cards, Nice! But the dealer is showing an Ace.. As he turns to check, sure enough, Blackjack! We just wiped out off of our winnings and then some! So, we go home with our heads low…. NO! Where the F*** is that ATM machine? We pull out another $300, that damn dealer won’t know what hit him!
So we walk back up to the table, damn-it my seat has been taken! Screw that dealer anyway, the next guy looks friendly enough. Martingale system baby! So we throw down a bill, 20! We got this.. Win! Back up, but just a bit. Wife is calling again.. Mute! $200, all in.. We get a King.. On fire! Followed by a 7.. grrr! The dealer is showing an 8.. FML! That leaves me with a final $13.. So not my style but screw it, I throw the rest in some kind of slot game that looks like a Nintendo game as far as graphics go. Hit max bet a few times throwing the rest of my money to the casino, might as well tonight is not my night. The second spin I hit some sort of small jackpot of $600.. Not bad, and enough to leave feeling good about so I cash out and go home.. Got the wife a pretty good meal and headed home with a few hundred more then I left with.. An emotional experience but that’s the rollercoaster of gambling!
